Squeezing Cardio into Your Busy Day

Many people are pressed for time every day with busy work schedules and family. However, if you have thirty minutes in your day you can accomplish a lot. The best and most effective thing to do would be to take that thirty minutes to knock out some high-intensity circuit training. It is a very tough type of workout that has you burning a lot of calories in a very short time. high-intensity-interval-training



Performing strength exercises such as push-ups, squats, or some type of core exercise with fast pace cardiovascular exercises in between such as running, kickboxing, jump rope, etc. will definitely increase your heart rate and burn more calories.



Another effective way to burn more calories in less time is to perform a Crossfit cycle with lightweight with short to no break in between each exercise to keep the heart and blood pumping. Exercises like these are more difficult due to the lack of rest in between exercises and you are constantly moving and doing thirty seconds to one minute of each exercise.



Sticking to these tips and little to no rest will keep the heart rate up and burn more calories in less time. Remember to always stretch before and after any workout especially on cardio days!
