Join us for Spring Break Burn at + Beyond! Here are the details:
Will run 4 weeks: February 17-March 14
Program will consist of 3 classes per week on Monday-Wednesday-Friday which will be High Intensity Interval Training for maximum fat loss. Participants will be encouraged to be in the gym on Tuesday and/or Thursday as well for additional cardio and weight training. On those days, a trainer will be available for advice, encouragement, and showing them new exercises and ways to train to be successful with weight loss. Available times are 8:00am, 9:00am, 11:30am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, & 7:00pm.
