The Jillian Michael's Challenge

 

What is the Jillian Michaels' Challenge?

It consists of a wide variety of total body Jillian Michaels classes ranging from 20-50mins. Classes progress in length and difficulty from week to week. Weigh-ins and total body measurements on day one and weigh-out/re-measure on day 30.

Everyone can participate, anyone can do the workouts. We have a trainer in the room for each class who will be modifying any exercise someone may not be able to do, as well as ensuring everyone is motivated and using proper form and technique throughout each class.

Nutritional suggestions are handed out on day one and basic healthy nutrition changes will be discussed.

When?

From January 6th to Feb 14th.

The class times are: 8 a.m 9 a.m 11:30 a.m

4 pm 5 p.m 6 p.m 7 p.m

Each participant will have a complete fitness assessment before beginning the challenge, as well as at the end of the program.  All class will have a personal trainer monitoring the class to help develop technique, skill, and maximize potential weightless and over all health.

All participants are competing with each other as well as each time slot crew is competing against the other crews for a total body % fat lost.
